attaching photo to email

I'm working on windows xp, i get to the point where the pictures are small
for emailing but the email attachment doesn't come up, it used to, how do i
get it back?

Hi Beany,

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. How are you trying to attach the photo
to an email? Can you create an email and then drag the photo to the email
or use an "Attach" or "Insert" command in the email program to attach it?
