Attaching new keyboard

I recently purchased a Natural Multimedia Keyboard. When
I tried to install it I received an error message:
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\_is7241\1033.MST

is missing make sure you have it and can access it. I
don't have it, so how do I get it?
I recently had problems with the CD-RW drive and the
technical support people had me delete just about every
supposedly non-essential software before they finally
installed a new drive.
Would appreciate your help, or I'll have to return the
keyboard and go on with my old one.

You probably need the CD with the drivers to install it.
