Attaching an e-mail to a calendar event or appointment

Hi.

How do you attach an e-mail to the details of a calendar
even or appointment? ie. attach an e-mail from a client
to a meeting with that client, and then send all to
attendees of that meeting?

Please help,

Never mind.... duh!!

For those of you who are living in the clouds (like
me)... go to Instert (expand), Item --> it's all right
there!
