Attachement in message disapear

When I send a email with attachements in Exchange environment the file was in
the receipiant email; when it's for off-site of business like @hotmail.com
the file in attachement was d i s a p e a r ... Halloween was ended not?

Outlook 2003 SP2
Exchange Server 2003 SP2
Symantec Corporate Edition Server 8.6

First thing to do is to make sure you're not sending in Rich Text Format.
Try Plain Text or HTML format instead

Yes I try it, in both format the attachment was change to winmail.dat ...

See if there's anything set on your Exchange Server for that. Also, are the
addresses you're sending to in your address book or are you hand-entering
them?
