Hello,
A woman in our office has a template set up in outlook and the template has
an Excel document attached. When she's sending the message, she attaches a
PDF document. Before she sends it appears the new file has the .pdf
extension and the file name she selected. The copy in her sent folder (and
the one the recipient gets) has two Excel files - both with the name of the
Excel doc in the template. When she opens what was the PDF, it is a bunch of
gibberish. This corruption began recently and is not happening consistently,
every now and then, the files go through as they should.
Is this because of a setting related to the template? Any suggestions?
Thanks )
