Hi all,

Using Microsoft Word 2002 in Windows XP. I have a document with an
attached envelope (created via the Tools\Envelopes and Labels menu).

When I print the document, it prints black and white.

But when I try to print the attached envelope, it prints using the color
inks of my inkjet printer. Of course, it tries to print it black, but
when I look closely at the print, I can see it used colors to achieve that.

How can I get the attached envelope to print in black and white?

If the issue occurs on a single document then set the font color for
the envelope text to "Black" instead of "Automatic".

If the issue occurs on all envelopes you create then
- Add an envelope to a document
- Go to Format/Style
- Select the Envelope Address style
- Click Modify
- Change the Font color to Black instead of using Automatic
- Click the "Add to template" option
- Repeat the above steps for the Envelope Return style

That did it!
Thanks!
