Printing envelopes

I am using Word 2002 and I am not able to print #10 envelopes on my Brother
HL 1870N lazer printer. It prints the Addressee at the very top of the
envelope and does not print the Return at all.
I have followed the instrtuctions on the help but it still will not print
correctly. I can print envelopes on my Postage application correctly but not
with Word. I do have the proper Driver installed.
Any suggestion?
