Envelope printing problem

D

David

WinXP
Word 2003

Tools>Letters and Mailings>Envelopes and Labels
I click on Add to Document button

I modify the address and click on the print button
My HP Deskjet 6122 printer will draw in the envelope
and send it out blank then I insert another envelope which prints ok

I do not have this problem when printing regular paper, just envelopes
Any idea what the fix is?

If you look at the document in Print Preview, do you see a blank envelope in
front of the one with the address on it? If so, you may have the paragraph
style used for the address defined to have a page break before it.

Hello again
In Word XP I have under View> Print Layout which shows an envelope on
top and a blank page below it
When you use your curser and drag the scrollbar down you see Page 0 for
the envelope and Page 1 for the blank page

In View> Normal I have my addresses at top then a line that says Section
Break (Next Page) below. When you use the curser on the Scrollbar I see
Page 0 bove Section Break and Page 1 below Section Break
