attach picture to email

all of a sudden I can't attach pictures to email.... when i go to a picture
folder and right click the photo it brings up the resize and then no new
email comes up to send the picture........WHY!

Surely you right-click and choose "Send to" first?

yes send to email recipient then shows resive but never pulls up new email to
send it????????
