When attaching pictures (jpeg images) to an email, is there any way to have
the pictures appear in the body of the email as well as attachments?

When attaching pictures (jpeg images) to an email, is there any way to
have
the pictures appear in the body of the email as well as attachments?

Probably not, but it would be largely dependent on the receiving mail
client. Outlook Express, for example, tends to present received messages
that way.
