Attach message item from .pst

Using Outlook 2003 and Word as my email editor. When I attach and item and
choose my archive folder and then the sent item folder all the message are
sorted by FROM and not TO. This is only for the .pst folder - everything in
my exchange mailbox is sorted correctly. I can't seem to figure out how to
change the FROM to a TO field so that it makes it easier to find the message
I need to attach. Is there a way to customize this field?

you cannot change the field - they hold different data. You can show any
field you want to see. Use the Field Chooser to add the To field (it's on
the Advanced Toolbar)

Thanks for your post Judy. This problem occurs when I am using the Attach
Item option when composing a message. In folder view I can browse to my
archived sent items folder and the To option is already there. It is when I
am using the attach item function when the To field is no longer there.

Courtney,

have you tried what I suggested? My Insert Item window shows the exact snae
fields as my Sent items Folder (I use 2007).
