ati3dual.dll = bluescreen

Hi
I am using Win Vista 5384
after Update windows
when I make my computer in to Hibernate
I face bluescreen proplem

its still about 4- 8 second
then restart my computer

I read somthing about ( ati3dual.dll )
but I am not Understand what is the proplem for ?


can any one tell me How to get off this proplem ??
