Ati TV Wonder Pro vd VE? Whats the difference?

stereo vs mono, there may be others but that would likely be the one to
consider carefully
 
Not sure of all of the differences, but the PRO has stereo sound, the VE

I have the Bran new Video Pro. It has a superior Phillips tuner. I
have an ATI AIW 128 and the pro picture is better. Too bad the ATI
MMC 8.2 software fails. WinmDVR works great, but costs as much as
the card. Free trial though
