ATI-TV tuner card

Hi, I can get the discontinued ATI-TV tuner card for < $10, or the
current ATI TV Wonder VE for $70, for capturing TV programs on DVD.
What are the differences? I still have Win98. t.i.a.

I wouldn't get the discontinued one because of no further driver support
(and even poor driver support for the last year or two), and I wouldn't get
the VE one because it's only mono and not stereo (so you wouldn't get Pro
Logic decoding).
