ATI RMA Question

Hi all,
I was wondering how long ATI RMA takes to repair/send back the card?
I am in Toronto (same city as ATI) and sent my card about a month ago. Still
no response.
Does it usually take that long?

I live in Bismarck, ND...I think I had my card back within ten to twelve
days.
