About RMA?

I had to RMA a ATI video card, did the RMA web request and I shipped the
video card to ATI.

They recieve the package on Feb 7th, 2006. I know it takes about within 10
business days from receipt .

My question, How long does it take to get a repaired or replacement video
card back?

Has anybody been through this before.

I returned a card for repair last August. It took a total af about 2
weeks. In my case, they simply replaced the 9600 pro.

They sent me a replacement 9800pro the day after they received my
card.
