ATI background program

Hi,

Does anybody have any idea what the "ATI2EVXX.EXE" background process does?
Would it be safe to remove it from the startup programs? I have Catalyst 3.0
installed.

Here's a handy little Tip!

Just do a 'search' to locate the file and ''right click mouse' it. Choose the
menu item ''properties'

"ATI External Event Utility EXE Module"
"ATI External Event Utility for WindowsNT and Windows9X"
