Well I called MWAVE.com about the issue. These guys ( and newegg.com) are
my favorite suppliers because they actually listen to their customers and do
the right thing. They are Fedex'ing the right card and paying for the
return. So, case closed.... Phoenix I think you are right, this card is
probably an SE...Very SLLLLOoooooooooo...

I use RadClocker <http://www28.brinkster.com/chrisww1942/download.htm>
and as far as the slider goes, you can go up to like 1700 MHz. When you
increase the increment change you increase the upper limit, the same may
hold true for Rage3D Tweak.

I tryed Radclocker, and at first same thing like a Rage3D - 576 mhz max.
Then i go to advanced settings and increase the upper limit to 600, but when
i set anything above
576 screen gets garbaged with horizontal stripes and i in panic hit the
reset switch!
Thanks for help but, i'll stay with 576 it's a 15% overclock not bad,memory
is another thing(some crapy kind of samsung).
