This isn't enough information to give you a specific answer, but it
appears that you have hardware failures. I'm not sure what you mean by
"id 5". How many IDE devices do you have in your box? Are you using an
IDE controller card or RAID? If you don't know what I'm talking about,
then you probably aren't and should just take the computer to a good
local repair shop (not a CompUSA/BestBuy type of store). Otherwise,
start your hardware testing with drive diagnostic utilities.
