ASUS Live produces an error in XP

I have an ASUS V3400TNT video card with 16MB memory and
TV IN/OUT. The display works fine and XP knows about the
card, but when I run the ASUSLive software it puts up the
initial screen and then the error message:

Video decoder detecting occurs error!
The reason could be:
1. Your display card doesn't have a video decoder.
2. Your monitor or monitor driver is not proper design
for I2C Bus control.

Can any one help?

ASUS Live isn't designed to capture under WXP - trust me, I
have tried it many times ;). Use DigitalVCR from ASUS
instead or other capture software, VirtualDub is great for
example, and use original nVidia WDM drivers version 1.08
as the ASUS WDM drivers seems to refuse to work under WXP.
