Assign Text to a Hotkey

Can I assign text, say a letter or an address to a hotkey of my own choosing?
I am doing a lot of letters, and addressing, and I would like to have a
hotkey to bring up the text of a letter I have written, or to keep from
having to type the same address over and over.

Two ways:

Create an AutoCorrect entry -- Slect the text you want to repeat; go to
Tools > AutoCorrect Options, where the selected text should already appear
in the "With" box; type a short name for it that you won't ordinarily type
in regular text, and click the Add button. When you type the name in a
document followed by a space or punctuation, it will automatically be
replaced by the full text of the entry.

Create an AutoText entry: Select the text you want to repeat; press Alt+F3
and enter a name for it. You can assign a shortcut key to this entry by
going to Tools > Customize > Keyboard and selecting the AutoText category,
then selecting the entry's name and assigning the desired shortcut. This is
in addition to the more usual ways of inserting AutoText.
