Is there a hotkey to bullet selected text?

I would like to select text via keyboard strokes and then bullet that
selected text via the keyboard instead of navigating via mouse to the
floating text formatter or the menu ribbon.
Is there a hotkey combination to do this such as how I can make text bold
with a "ctl-b" key combination? I cannot find any reference to this in the
help but I sense it is right under my nose.

Ctrl+Shift+L applies the List Bullet style, if that's helpful. To remove the
bullets, you'll need to apply a different style; by default, Ctrl+Shift+N
applies Normal style.

Look for the "Keyboard shortcuts" article in Word's Help.

Victor, If you enter your personal details in the "Profile" section the
provision exists for readers to communicate with you without knowing your
email address via the PM tab. I have a comprehensive list of keyboard
shortcuts which I have compiled over numerous years, great for making the
mouse redundant. R Bear
