I am running XP SP-2.
There is a CD utility I am running that tells me I do not have ASPI drivers
installed. I do have several WNASPI32.dll files on my C: drive. It is
possible that at some time in the past I may have turned ASPI off in my zeal
to fine tune the system. How do I turn them back on?
Looking in "Services" I see that "ASP.NET State Service" is set on "Manual".
Is that what I need to change to automatic to get the ASPI drivers working?
Or is it somewhere else? For instance I noticed that for my CD/DVD drive,
under the recording tab I have "Enable CD recording on this drive"
unselected (because I use Nero to write to the CD).
Any help appreciated.
