ASP.NET machine account

This ASP.NET machine account popped up on my opening user
account sheet. All of the user accounts can not be
opened. IN fact the entire computer is frozen at this
space. The new account name of ASP.NET asks for a
password but I have no idea how it got there let alone
what the password is.
