ASP.Net Machine A

I installed(?) ASP.NET Machine A. I needed it for a
Microsoft application I wanted to utilize. (the
networking advisor program) Now I have to log in on boot
up. I found some advice that told me to run User
Passwords2 and disable passwords for all users. Now I
get an error message on boot up telling me that it
doesn't have the proper administrator priviliges. Can I
remove this application/account? Fix it?
