Asking to Save As when Printing

One of my associates has a Save As box pop up when he tries to print to a
local printer. We recently had office 2003 pushed to our pc's. Is there any
way to correct this box popping up every time he tries to print?
 
Usually this indicates that the "printer" is a "virtual" one so you are
really "printing" to a file. This happens with fax drivers, Acrobat
Distiller, etc.
