Asia language packs

Is there a way to order a CD containing all language packs in
Asia? How redist that could be downloaded? I don't want to rely
on Window$Update.

Why do you not want to rely on Windows Update? I have done many times
and it is very reliable. You can save the downloaded file in a CD(DVD)
if you want.

Because I am away from a BB connection, using dial-up modem.
I can't download so much at that snail speed...

BTW, How could I find the download folder of Window$ Update so as
to keep a copy of all downloaded stuff?
