Hi I have been writing articles with links back to my site. My question
is this do the articles have to be about the content of my site which
is printer ink and cartridge ink? There is a limit as to the amount one
can write about these topics so I was wondering if I wrote about other
things that interested me who the articles have the same effect?

Sure, why not. Actually what you're describing is the whole idea behind
"blogging". Articles about anything you want.
