Artcopy55?????

OK--PLEASE HELP!!

I am new to windowsXP and my Lemark X73 will not copy. The erro
coming up states Artcopy55 MFC.

I am not totally stupid but cannot find how to fix this....well I gues
I am a little stupid....but I have to learn somehow!!

Can anyone in simple language tell me how to fix this or where I shoul
go? I did go to Microsoft.com and it had alot of downloading. Do
need to do this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
