arrange by groups

This is a default setting in OUtlook2003. Is there any one on this planet who
knows how to de-select this for all folders in the mailbox/personal folder.
We migrated from Office XP to 2003 and its a hell of a job to de-select this
option for all folders, and sub folders, and sub sub folders and sub sub sub
folders if you get my drift.

This will be very wel appreciated.
