How Grant Full Mailbox Access in Outlook 2003 ??

Hello everyone,

I would like to know how to grant full mailbox access to another user in an
AD domain, by using Outlook 2003. I tried to use the properties tab of my
root folder but when I give permissions that way, it doesn't give it
automatically to all sub folders . Is there a way to do this?
