Arrange By <emails> - Views

On Outlook 2003, when I select on the "view menu">Arrange By>Current View>By sender, outlook creates a table view that shows the name of the sender with a plus sign (+) and once you click on the plus sign I can see the emails. The sender name is in gray font color.
How can I change the font color for the sender name under this "view".

I have tried to edit the view "by sender" by going to "view menu">Arrange By>Custom>other settings. But there is no option to change the font of the sender name.

Can anyone advise other options how change font color

I receive lots of emails and this view is the best for what I do. Font color is really hard on my eyes. My preference is black and bold.

Any assistance is much appreciated, thank you in advance

If you're talking about the group headers, those colors are controlled by
Windows, not Outlook. Try messing with the Windows color settings until you
find the one that controls the color of the Outlook group headers.

Thank you for the reply.
I have tried every single variable under "Control Panel>Display>Apperance", none of them changes the font on "view by sender". Any other suggestions?

Have you considered just using a view by message type, and then once
you're in that view, sorting by sender? This way, you can just use
the organize option under the tools menu to set your font and/or color
rules by sender. Also, I'm sure you're already aware, but when the
data is sorted this way, finding a message from an individual is
simply done by typing the first few letters of their e-mail address or
name as it appears in your inbox.
