Are you still having definition update issues?

Has anyone notice that Window Defender 1592 is not downloading and installing
definition update automatically. I am asking all user to post comment about
this update issues.

I haven't seen this in any mass way. There have been a few posts
here--perhaps 3 at most, from users stating that the released version
doesn't update. I don't have enough feedback from these users to know
whether previous versions were updating properly on these same machines.

So--what's your situation, and have you been through the steps here:

Hello GT,

Automatic Updates is working, but sometimes the Servers take 5-10 hrs or
more to deliver, after somebody in this groups post the updates, wait, also
you can read in that time the problems or exits of the users.

Have a look at Ad-Aware today, after reading about the F/P, I wait and I'll
check a positve respond before I D/L the updates.

Sometimes pay off to be paciente.

for me when engel announces an update it can take up to 2 days for Windows
Update to appear with the definition update. then it updates
robin

I have had no problems on several machines. I seem to receive the updates on
a timely basis.
