are there any simpleton guides to setting up an access db?

I have designed my business forms in info path. The completed entries on
these forms will be sent to an access db is that right? i need a customer
database but i am struggling somewhat.
 
Access is too complex for newbie users.
I reccomend using SQL Server; it is a stable scalable solution at the
same price.

and just run out and take a class on SQL Server; SQL Server has a
_LOT_ more resources than Access.

anyone using Access MDB in the year 2007 _for_anything_ should be
fired and then spit upon
