Unsplit Access 2007 DB: How to access tables, quieries and reports

I made an access 2007 DB for my boss. The version of the database i gave him
was not split, and I used the "Access Options" to make all DB structure
unavailable so he would't screw it up, only the form he needs to use for data
entry and various reports on the form show. Is there a way for me to get back
into the table structure after he has entered data? Or did I lock myself out?
Is there a way to extract the data (in one table only)?

You can always try to import the data in a new database.
Tried starting up with 'shift' pressed?

1. Does pressing F11 bring up the navigation pane? You may or may not have
disabled that in the options.

2. If you hold down the Shift key while opening the database, do you see
the nav pane? You may or may not have disabled that in the options.

If neither of those works, there may still be a way to re-enable then. But
you can still link to the database from another database and see the tables
that way, or import database objects including tables into a new database.

Thanks for replying, Maurice. unfortunately, i disabled the shift bypass key
as well. How do I link to the database from another blank database?

Thank you for replying, Dirk. I did disable the F11 and shift Bypass keys. I
did, however, stumble on the little "eject button icon" that provided a
dropdown list which gave the option "More Commands", which I was able to use
to get back into the settings area, and re-enable all the views i required.

This of course is great news, but also has me wondering HOW to keep my boss
form being able to screw the database up accidentaly...believe me, he can!

Finally, I am also interested how you would link to the database if I was
not able to have opened up my settings area. Would you import to a blank
database and if so, how?
Thanks for your help!

Create a new empty db. Goto file - external data - link (or import) tables.
You should browse to the original db. After that you will be presented with a
dialog showing all objects you can import...

This wil give you the option to retrieve the data from the original db
