Are Microsoft image downloads free for commercial use?

I have downloaded a photograph of a businessman and would like to use it on
the website for my software business. The EULA seems to indicate that this
is OK, but later says I must not use an image of a recognisable individual to
endorse a product or service, which is of course what my website does. Any
ideas please?
