"are animated slide backgrounds possible?"

I am needing to create (of find) an animated PPT background/slide design. My
boss swears that he has seen them before.
I have tried to use a video clip and loop it, but I can't make it work.
We do a lot of presentations using PPT, and I need something fresh and
innovative for some meetings next week.

Is there a way to insert the video clip (the one that I inserted and looped
onto the master) as a background? In other words, I want the looped clip to
be my background template for all slides of the presentation...but I need to
be able to view my text on the different slides.

Video clip will always be on top. You might want to use animated gif instead.
