Archiving/Synchronizing

How can I schedule arhiving and synchronizing of emails at
a specific time, ie out of work hours.

You can set an interval for archiving but you cannot set a specific time.
You also would need to be present to okay the archiving so that will not
work in any circumstance.

Thanks for your reply but I don't think that these tools
do what I wnat to do. I want to scehdule
arhiving/synchronizing of emails etc at a particular time
after work hours. Do you knwo any tools that do this?

do you have some more informations?
Outlook version, Windows, how many users and what do you want to sync?

To say "i don´t accept the answer from Milly" is a little bit less (i
think) because there is no description what you want to sync.

From PST to PST, from OE to OL, from your internet account to a PST file, do
you have an Exchange Server?

As more informations you give as more possibilities of a correct answer.
