Archive Fires on All Folders but no Data Moves

Outlook 2003 with Auto Archive set for 1/1/5. 265 KB archive pst folder
created by auto archive, but there is no data in the archived
folder/subfolders. All old emails remain in mailbox. Tnis issue has been
validated on three client machines/three different mailboxes with archiving
set to both network and local drives. Always get 265 KB pst folder with no
data. Request advise, thanks

2.2 Why didn't AutoArchive work? http://www.factplace.com/outlook.htm
AutoArchive works off the modified date of items, not the received or
created date. If you moved an item, for example, from one folder to another
the modified date will change. That's a common reason why AutoArchive might
appear not to work.

to archive?
