App's won't print

When we try to print documents from Outlook & Adobe Reader an error report
message appears. Nothing prints. The printer test page goes fine, and some
other doc's work OK. It all depends on how & what we try to print.

We are using an HP 2600 printer on a small office network running XP Pro on
the server & Home on the desktops.

Any ideas?

We've had some odd printing issues with Reader 7.0 occasionally also.
Updates took care of some of them. One we gave up on and rolled back to
6.0 to straighten it out.
