appropriate driver for bigpond wireless device

Hi evreyone I am new here and hope someone can help.
I have a Compaq ,Hewett and packard Presario C700 notebook.
I have basic Vista on my laptop.
I tried to connect to Bigpond broadband wireless but when I installed it
comes up with could not locate an appropriate driver for you bigpond wireless
device.

Bigpond consultant eventually got me connected, but now I can't open up
Internet explorer and he told me it was something to do with the laptop any
ideas.

It is a Bigpond problem!
Get back on to them; and tell them you want it fixed, or contract cancelled,
and money returned.
