Never export to or import from a PST. You lose information, recurrences
being some of the information lost. Instead, with Outlook closed, just copy
your PST to som transfer medium like CD and take it home. Place it on the
hard drive there (taking care not to overwrite any existing PST), remove the
read-only attribute, and start Outlook. Click File>Open>Outlook Data File
(or Personal Folders File, depending on version), browse to the PST, select
it, and click OK. You'll have access to all the data it contains, which you
can move around as you see fit.
