Appointment reminders

I have a user who is not getting reminders for meetings she has scheduled in
her Outlook 2002 calendar. I have had her run CLEAN REMINDERS and she still
is not getting any. HELP?
 
Is it her primary calendar folder (the one in her mailbox or in her default
mail store) or a secondary calendar?
