Application Sharing Not Working in Messenger

I recently upgraded to XP SP2. Prior to the upgrade I was able to do
application sharing with my brother's computer (he's in another city, state)
to help him resolve systems questions. Now we can still exchange instant
messages, and intiate application sharing process, but not actually get
connected. He will see the invite and accept. I'll see the sharing window,
but the status remains at "connecting...".

We've tried with him initiating the invite, but we have the same problem.
We've each gone into the Security Center and allowed an exception for
Messenger on our computers, but the problem remains.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Thanks for the pointer. It looks from the article and by surveying the SP2
Security Center settings that by enabling remote desktop in the Exceptions
and Advanced tabs we may be able to get this working again. MSN Messenger
6.2, Windows Messenger and Windows NetMeeting were already enabled. I'll
follow up back to this posting once we get a chance to try this out.
