Application Popup : Explorer.exe

Hi
Can anybody Help me in Windows 2000Professional.
PROBLEM IS
Sometimes I receive a Error as " APPLICATION POPUP:
EXPLORER.EXE-APPLICATION ERROR : The exception unknown
software exception (0xc0000029)occured in the application
at location 0x77fb1b7e"
Click on OK to terminate the Program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program.

After this error all the windows closed.

any help provided will be really appreciating as I have
done a lot of efforts, replaced RAM also but still in
Trouble.
