{application failed to initialize properly} error message vpc2000 pro.

When I am logged into virtual pc 2000 pro. and try to open a program (
example: powerpoint) I keep getting this error message: The application f
ailed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click ok to terminate the a
pplication.


After I click ok I can not open another program, for the same error m
essage keeps poping up. I eventually have to shut down the virtual pc s
ide. I am running Virtual pc off of a Mac. powerbook g4. Can anyone h
elp me?
