Application errors when printing to Ricoh 2051

Hello Everyone,

I have a user who is experiencing trouble when printing to a networked
Ricoh 2051. When printing in any application, it errors and closes,
including explorer.exe (when printing a test page). She can print
successfully to any other networked printer. It's just this one
printer and only this user. I have removed the printer and added it
and tried a test page but it still errors and closes. Any one of any
suggestions?

The Ricoh driver is corrupting memory within the application and causing the
application failure.

I have seen the same from Canon, Lexmark, Minolta, ...

Is this user using the same driver as the users that are not experiencing
this issue. Check the file dates on the driver files.
