application error

When turning on my Dell laptop -Windows XP - I get "WLMon.exe-Application
Error. The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on
OK to terminate the application." My laptop is working wireless thru
Linksys router and wireless adapter. Could someone help me with the meaning
and fix for this???

You can maybe disable this my going to start / run / msconfig and go to the
startup tab and see if its in there and uncheck it and then reboot.

Might want to scan for spyware also. http://www.safer-networking.org/
