application error

when ever i close internet explorer, a error pops up that
says on the top:

IExplore.exe - application error

and under:

the instruction at "0x01ff2008" referinced memory
at "0x01ff2008" memory could not be read.

I try dl the sp for explorer6 but i still get the
messege. what can i do?
