Application Error with ActiveMovie: Explorer.exe

Hi,
I am trying to see some video files using Windows Explorer. When I
locate the file and click on it, the following Error Message appears

ActiveMovie Window: Explorer.Exe - Application Error
The instruction at xxxxxxxxxx referenced memory at 0x0000000. The memory
could not be "written". Click OK to terminate the program.

Could anyone please throw some light on what is going on?

Hi. you may have a problem watching the videos because the required codecs
may not be installed. you didn't say if the files were .avi, Divx, Xvid, MPEG
etc. you need to find out what format the files are using and download the
appropriate codecs or find a player that supports the file format.
